It's Summer Reading Time!! visit sandiego.gov/summerreading to get all the details and sign up for this years reading challenge. The same login you used for previous challenges will work, no need to create a new account.

You can vote two ways at the library for the June 2nd primary. We have a 24/7 ballot drop box near the Thomas Ave parking lot. You can also vote in person in the community room Sat-Mon 8am-5pm and Tuesday 7am-8pm.

Join us Tuesday, June 2nd at 4pm as we kick off the summer with Sparkles the Clown and ger Magic and bubble show. This event will be in the park on the east side of the library so don't forget a blanket to chairs.

Then at 4pm we're kicking off the Friends of the PB Library's 2026 Concert Series with harpist Tasha Smith Godinez. 🪉🎶

Set your route to bike or scoot to the Pacific Beach Library for fruit... cause it's a hoot!

On THURSDAY 5/21 from 6:30am-9:30am, you're invited to enjoy fruity snacks and take fruit-themed photos while listening to sweet tunes at the PB Library’s Bike Anywhere Day booth. Then visit booths from Beautiful PB and Discover PB to learn more about biking in our neighborhood, and to pick up fun, free swag.
