MRA teams are increasingly prioritizing training members in psychological resilience and mental health resources to assist members after difficult missions. Seattle Mountain Rescue is just one example, having added emotional support canines to the team and complementing structured programs with informal team events. Read more about how teams are implementing peer support and other resources in the latest Meridian newsletter.
