WE DID IT!!! Power to the people! Parking in Balboa Park will once again be FREE no later than January 2027. After a huge community up initiative the SD city council voted to eliminate paid parking at our beloved park! Hooray!

Who is CAS 13 and why did they paint their brand on the side of the Starlight Bowl? I guess it looks like an easy target. Can't wait til we get a lease with the city to operate so we can make the bowl beautiful again.

There was lots of swing dancing going on at the Starlight Swing this past Sunday in the Balboa Park Club Ballroom. All the bands were terrific and Pete Deluke was a 96 year old delight. We had the best looking Bartenders ever and the Little River Band signed guitar brought in $2000! More photos to follow soon. What's next? Hopefully a signed lease with the City of San Diego!!
