Last week we had our holiday class, our students sang carols! We wish everyone Happy Holidays! We’ll see you back on Saturday January 4th.

On Tuesday November 12th we had the honor of being invited to a reception on board of the JS Kaga. Officials from both the US Navy and the JMSDF (海上自衛隊) celebrated the collaboration between both nations.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in our Spring Festival Open House. Thanks to everyone for the delicious food that you prepared!

Yesterday we were visited by the founder of our school, Fukuda-sensei. She had a chance to share with our students her life experiences and knowledge.

This past Saturday we were visited by Lt. Commander Ikeda from the JMSDF. He shared with us the duties of the Japanese Self Defense Forces in keeping peace for Japan. We truly appreciate his visit.

This past Saturday we were visited by San Diego Japanese School founder, Fukuda-sensei. She had the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with our students.

This past Saturday we had our Summer Potluck at our Main Office on Market St. Our students and their families had a chance to enjoy lunch after class. We will back with regular classes on Saturday September 9th at the Logan Heights Library.
