2026 Commencement is only a couple of days!

Event day information & tips:

Parking fee is $5 for guests who prepay and $10 on the day of. Guests may park in P3, P4, P6, P7 or P12. P2B available for oversized vehicles.

Do NOT park in residential areas.

Arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to walk over to the arena. Expect traffic both pedestrian and vehicle.

If possible, carpool with family and friends.

Use public transit! The trolley and buses drop you off only a short walk away from the arena and you don’t have to worry about sitting in traffic to exit parking lots.

Limited shuttle services will be provided at designated locations.

Finally, congratulations to all those who are graduating!

Safe Ride is wrapping up for the semester!

Service will end on May 13, but don’t worry-expanded hours are coming next year:

The City of San Diego is updating its Bicycle Master Plan, and they want YOUR input on bike lanes, connections, and safety.

They want to know what you think:
• Does the network connect you to the places you go most?
• Are there gaps that still need to be fixed?
• Is anything missing that you’d like to see added?

It takes less than a minute:

New EV Zipcars have been added to the second floor of the South Campus Plaza Parking Structure!

Zipcar vehicles, EV and gas-powered, can be found all around campus and can be rented on an hourly or daily basis. Gas, insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance are included in your rental rate. Rates start as low at $8.75 per hour.

Calling all SDSU artists! 🎨 Students and employees welcome!

📌 We are transforming a crosswalk into an art piece and need YOUR ideas. We are looking for a bold, positive, and inclusive design.

⭐ Submissions deadline: April 20, 11:59pm
⭐ Installation date range: May 18 - June 16

📌 The artist whose design is selected will receive a $250 stipend and a one-semester transit pass, and will be invited to collaborate with our team in painting the crosswalk.

📌 We will cover all supplies and materials, and during the installation, we will provide a road closure and on-site support to ensure a safe and successful installation.

📌Artist participation is required and must be able to replicate and paint their design onto the required dimensions.
