United Way's Emerging Leaders is comprised of young community leaders who are committed to supporting United Way, its mission and philanthropic endeavors.

Emerging Leaders offers its members a unique opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and community leaders across sectors and industries. Members will also have opportunities to develop business acumen and leadership skills, all while building a culture centered around volunteerism. The Emerging Leaders Council is committed to supporting United Way of San Diego County in its mission to elevate every child and family toward a brighter future.
