How did we fit all our staff into one room?!?! 😳 we’re still not sure but we’re so happy to have them all under one roof!

We held our first all-staff of 2026 and it was packed with activities, mission realignment, celebrating, and community building…LITERALLY🙌🏼✨

Together we built a community quilt that demonstrated what community means to them, and as luck would have it, it turns out we all have similar meanings 🥹🫶🏼

Our commitment to our communities, and our families runs deep and our teams are dedicated to helping our families thrive whether through providing subsidies to pay for childcare, childcare referrals, and finding the right care for your child, or supporting our childcare providers who do the amazing job of providing safe and loving spaces for children… we are committed to this work and to helping our communities grow and these are the faces behind the work!

When we have our basic needs met, we can reduce stress on parents and families, while also reducing the risk factors associated with child maltreatment.
