This week DSA Labor is planning to show up as a group to support UPTE and ASFCME in their strike! We want to invite you to come out and join us! Ezekiel Welsh, our Labor Working Group Chair, will be the primary contact during those hours. He'll be wearing DSA branded clothing if you want to visually pick him out.

Even if you just show up for part of those times, your presence is important for showing the striking workers we’re with them in solidarity! Members of our chapter joined up with SanDiego350 to protest SDG&E's parent company, Sempra, during their annual shareholder meeting earlier today. Both Sempra and SDG&E have been squeezing record profits from ratepayers without concern for us or the climate catastrophe caused by the fossil fuel industry.
