Classes - Stretch & Strength - Ministries - Rock Church The purpose of the Rock Spiritual Wellness Ministry is to introduce a variety of stretching and strengthening exercise programs to the church and community, help others respond to the promises of our living God through meditation and scripture, and cultivate an environment to find rest in Jesus.
