Today is the 86th day of the year. The deadly school shooting in Nashville, Tennessee today marks 129 mass shootings in the United States this year. Everyday that our lawmakers decide not to ban assault weapons is another day that senseless gun violence will continue to rip apart communities and devastate our country.
