Most new real estate investors don’t spend much time analyzing their potential investments. Mostly, they just follow their intuition while choosing a deal and don’t really analyze the numbers.

  • Justin Brennan (Founder). Justin is a Licensed Broker, General Contractor and comes from a development and building family. From 2001 to 2009 he worked with his family in the development and building of apartments and condos. 2009 - 2011 he worked as a asset manager for some of the major banks handling their REO’s nationwide. In late 2011 he jumped into the sales game handling short sales helping many families because he already knew how to get deals done coming from inside the banks. Now he focuses in residential sales, building and apartment ownership.

  • Christopher Pohle (Founder). Chris's focus is investor relations, capital management and strategic direction of BP. A U.S. Marine, Chris founded Tactical Edge, a modern software company designing military-grade, secure software systems for the U.S. Military and Commerical Customers. He is now CEO of C2P. Capture2Proposal is a software that open access to government contracts with market intelligence for every business from the smallest veteran-owned firm to the largest systems integrator.
