💙✨ I’ve returned from the ACEP Conference feeling grateful, energized, and reminded once again that healing work is always evolving.

One of the greatest gifts of gathering with fellow practitioners is the exchange of ideas, experience, and compassion. The conversations, teachings, and shared commitment to helping others continue to deepen my own work and perspective.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with curiosity and heart. I’m carrying many meaningful insights home with me. 🌿

One of the things I value most about energy psychology is the community surrounding it.

Healing work can sometimes feel solitary. That’s why it matters to have spaces where practitioners can learn together, ask thoughtful questions, share perspectives, and continue growing alongside one another.

Whether through conferences, consultation groups, or professional connection, community strengthens not only our work, but also our sense of purpose within it.

I’m grateful to be part of a field that continues to value both learning and human connection.

On Memorial Day, I find myself reflecting on service, sacrifice, and the lasting impact of loss.

For many, this day carries gratitude alongside grief. Memories, emotions, and unfinished feelings can surface in unexpected ways.

Whatever today holds for you, I hope you allow space for both remembrance and compassion, for others and for yourself.

Wishing peace and gratitude to all who are remembering loved ones today.

Healing is not always about forcing a breakthrough. Sometimes it’s about creating enough safety and regulation for insight to emerge naturally. ⚡

One of the things I appreciate most about Thought Field Therapy is how it creates space for reflection and integration alongside the techniques themselves. That process can help people feel more grounded, more present, and more connected to themselves over time.

Last chance to join us at the 28th Energy Psychology Conference happening May 28–June 1 in Reston, VA and online.

This conference is more than continuing education. It’s a chance to reconnect with why you do this work alongside a community of practitioners committed to healing, growth, and integrative care.

With 25+ CE/CNE hours, world-class speakers, deep-dive learning labs, and meaningful professional connection, ACEP continues to be one of the most inspiring gatherings in energy psychology.

Sometimes the most meaningful part of healing happens in the quiet moments afterward. 🌿

After the tapping and after the emotional intensity settles, the nervous system can begin to realize it no longer has to hold the same level of distress. Reflection and integration are an important part of Thought Field Therapy because they help people notice what shifted, what feels different, and what the body and mind may be ready for now.

You do not have to understand every part of Thought Field Therapy all at once. 🌿

Like any meaningful healing method, TFT is learned through practice, observation, and repetition.

Step by step, you begin to understand the algorithms, the role of muscle testing, and how to notice when something is interfering with progress.

That is how confidence grows.

When your usual tools don’t create lasting change… it doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.

It means something deeper is asking to be seen.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) gives you a way to identify what’s actually blocking progress and what to do next with clarity and precision.

If you work with trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, this is one of the most practical tools you can add to your work.

Learn TFT online, at your own pace: https://learn.energypsych.org/tft?am_id=robert6024

Learning Thought Field Therapy step by step gives you time to build confidence, not just collect information. ⚡

You begin with the foundations, then practice the protocols, then learn how to recognize what may be blocking change.

That structure matters.

Healing work asks us to be present, ethical, and precise. TFT gives you a way to develop that skill one step at a time.
