Hey everyone, we need your help! It's short notice, but we're heading out to Rep. Darrell Issa's office today, TUESDAY, JUNE 18th at 12 NOON, to ask him to oppose the Goodlatte Agricultural Guest Worker Bill. This stop-gap piece of legislation could disrupt or entirely derail all the important progress that's been made towards real and meaningful Comprehensive Immigration Reform, and we need to make sure that Issa knows we think it's an unacceptable replacement for actual solutions to our immigration system's problems. We're organizing this visit and rally alongside of OFA North San Diego and Riverside Counties, UFW, LOFA, and Border Angels. Please join us if you can!

This Friday, June 14th is the six-month anniversary since the Sandy Hook tragedy in Newtown, CT. OFA San Diego is organizing a candlelight vigil in remembrance of those whose lives were lost and to call on our leaders in Washington D.C. to take meaningful action to prevent similar future tragedies.
