Meeting times are Tuesdays at 7:00 - 8:00pm and Sundays from 1:00-3:00pm Twice a year, MUN at UCSD hosts a high school conference known as TritonMUN.
Model UN at UC San Diego was founded in 1978 and we are one of the most renowned MUN organizations in California. We are a registered student organization with UCSD's Center for Student Involvement (CSI) and we are overseen by International House in Eleanor Roosevelt College. Model UN members emulate the United Nations by taking on the role of diplomats, and forming delegations to attend conferenc

A well deserved celebration for everyone’s hard work. From 2025-2026 Executive Board members sharing their finals words and formally passing their positions on to the incoming board to handing out superlatives from our Director Socials and Fundraising. We hope everyone had an amazing time!!

Recently our Model United Nations delegates traveled to Montréal, Canada to compete at McMun, the collegiate MUN conference held by McGill University! Our delegates loved getting to explore the cultural heritage and food scene of Montréal. Even though our delegates enjoyed their time in the snowy streets of Canada, we are so happy to welcome them back to La Jolla!
