Following the official Change of Command ceremony today, CAPTAIN ANDREW B. KOY, USN shared a final parting message dedicated entirely to our Somerset families. 🤍
His letter beautifully highlights the "quiet force" behind our crew—our families. He reflects on the incredible resilience of our Navy loved ones over his two-year tour, acknowledging that the ship’s success always starts at home.
