Our celebrations included, Leadership: Student Prosocial Behaviors and Self Advocacy, Staff Personal and Interpersonal Effectiveness, Culture: Overall School Climate and Staff Collective Efficacy, and Academics: Instructional Efficacy, Student Social Support and School Goals. We also identified 3 areas of growth, Leadership - Family Partnership, Culture - School Belonging , and Academics - Student Goals.
