A couple of weeks ago we met a few great friends at Nunu's Tavern in Hillcrest, most of us haven't seen each other in quite sometime and also had the pleasure of meeting new friends. Mark Hiss is one of the new friends and we chatted about San Diego's East Village, he recently sent a good number of photos and PDF's about his writing and editing from back in the day.
Below is his bio and some of the images from various events.
I'm currently working on adding his PDF's to the website but couldn't wait to share my excitement.
Thank you all!

Yesterday I went for lunch with my friend Ryan Chung at Hayes Burger in Barrio Logan... and was delighted to find a mural by Satoshi Rocco... painted in September 28, 2018.
Great burgers by the way. :)
Cheers!

I took Candice's Graphic Design classes back in the 90's at City College and met Rafael one time at one of the Jacaranda studios for a small publication's article.
