Supporting youth in a digital world starts with understanding—not judgment.
Social media can shape how young people connect, communicate, and see themselves. While it offers opportunities for creativity and connection, it can also impact mental health, self-esteem, and emotional development.
The goal isn’t to eliminate screen time—it’s to create healthy balance, open communication, and strong relationships that help youth navigate their online world with confidence.
Swipe through for key insights and practical ways to support youth and families.
At the end, you’ll find additional infographics and flyers to help guide conversations at home and in your community.

Grieving can be a difficult time for all of us but it is not something we have to experience and go through alone. If you are experiencing grief and would like support please join our Peer Support Group.
Grief isn’t only limited to the death of someone. It can extend to relationships, new beginnings, and endings to start something anew.

Together, they’ve got a trove of experience on the challenges Desi international students face, and a strong sense for how to acclimate to living in a new country.
Are you a South Asian looking to better understand your identity? Connect with fellow Desis? Join their community support group for Desis. International students, first and second-generation immigrants, all welcome.

This Black History Month, we honor the Black mental health pioneers who paved the way for culturally responsive, community-centered care.
From challenging harmful narratives to advocating for equity in treatment, their work reminds us that healing is powerful and representation matters. These are just a few of the many who have contributed to this legacy.
Because mental health care should see you, hear you, and honor your lived experience.

Black History Month is more than a reflection on the past — it’s a recognition of resilience, culture, and the ongoing pursuit of equity.
The historical and present-day realities faced by Black communities — including systemic racism, discrimination, and economic disparities — have real impacts on mental and emotional well-being.
This month, we honor both the legacy of those who paved the way and the importance of prioritizing mental health today.
By breaking stigma, advocating for culturally competent care, and creating space for open conversations, we can build a future rooted in healing and empowerment.
If you or someone you know is seeking support, organizations like Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective (BEAM) and Therapy for Black Girls offer culturally informed resources and therapist directories.
Healing is community work. You are not alone.
