Sometimes I have to take the advice that I give my clients. I am typically HORRIBLE about eating but today I am not. Thank you to my client and my student clinician Frank for helping me to see that I need to eat.

This year has been a growing year for myself as the Vice President of .

I’ve experienced so much growth. I am sooo very grateful for the space that I am in…as a human being and as a leader in this community.

Life isn’t perfect but it ain’t bad either. My community has been amazing with supporting me both professionally and personally. It is beautiful to see things shifting and manifestations happening.
