Come check out the museum! It’s been a quiet few years but we have done a small renovation on first level: removed the drop ceiling and extra walls and added drywall and paint. The result is a first floor gallery space that is now open to the public!

Come on by! Link to tickets in bio.

It is with a heavy heart that I've decided to sell the Pink Painted Lady. This was an extremely difficult decision that I have been considering for several months. I've come to realize that I do not have enough time or resources to dedicate to truly restoring this home with the care and attention to detail that it deserves.

I would love to transition to a new owner who cares as much as I do (or more!) about this special home. That's why I am listing it for sale for the same price I purchased it for and am including the current building plans, permits, and social media accounts with the sale (if desired).

There's a link in bio to the listing with more specifics. Please feel free to share with anyone you know who might be interested in this beautiful home. Thank you for your support and understanding. πŸ’•

Visited the Audubon House in Key West. It was built in the 1840s by Captain John Huling Geiger and restored by the Mitchell Wolfson Family Foundation in 1958.
The home is now a museum, filled with antiques as well as original bird artwork by John James Audubon. I love the main staircase and the bird room, which is clearly not traditional. 🦩

Running faucet upstairs leaked into downstairs bathroom, caving in the ceiling. 😨
I’m planning on entirely replacing this bathroom so it’s okay, just a bit of a shock. Rough week!
