# Cry So Mom Can Hear

The little monkey stood alone on the stone and opened its mouth as wide as it could.

It cried with all the strength its tiny body had.

The forest was too big.

The silence was too heavy.

And its mother was nowhere in sight.

So the baby called again.

Not because it was brave,
but because it was afraid of being forgotten.

A moment later, leaves rustled nearby.

The little one froze, tears still shining in its eyes.

Then it heard the sound it had been waiting for—

the soft steps of its mother coming back.

Sometimes the loudest cry is just a small heart asking,
“Please don’t leave me alone.”

# Mom, Please Be Gentle

The baby monkey slipped backward over the edge of the old root.

Its tiny body hung upside down while its mother reached toward it.

The little one kicked and waved its arms, frightened and confused.

For a moment, it did not know whether Mom was helping or being too rough.

Then her hand caught hold of the baby before it could fall.

The baby stared up at her with wide eyes.

It had been scared.

But it was still safe.

Sometimes a mother’s rescue does not look gentle in the moment.

What matters is that she refuses to let her baby fall.

# Looking Up at Mom

The baby monkey rested safely in its mother’s hand and looked up at her with wide, shining eyes.

It was still too small to understand the forest, the sounds, or the dangers hidden beyond the stones.

But it understood her.

It understood the warmth of her hand beneath its body.

It understood the soft fur it held onto.

And most of all, it understood that whenever it looked up, she was there.

The mother said nothing.

She simply kept the baby close, letting it study her face as if it were the whole world.

For the little one, maybe it was.

Because before a baby learns the world, it first learns love from the eyes of its mother.

# Don’t Cry, I’m Here

The baby monkey suddenly began to cry, frightened by something it could not understand.

Its tiny hands grabbed tightly onto its mother.

The mother pulled the baby closer and held it against her chest.

The crying slowly became softer.

The baby looked up at her, still scared, but no longer alone.

The mother stayed calm and kept one arm wrapped around the little one.

Sometimes a baby does not need the whole world to become safe.

It only needs to hear, in the way a mother holds it:

“I’m here.”

# The Safest Place

The baby monkey pressed close to its mother, looking up with tired eyes.

The forest around them was noisy, but inside her arms, everything felt quiet.

The mother gently rested her hand over the baby’s head and pulled it closer to her chest.

The little one stopped worrying.

It did not need to know where they were going next.

It did not need to understand the world.

For now, being close to Mom was enough.

Sometimes love is simply finding one place where you can finally feel safe.

# Only Seven Hours Old

The newborn monkey had been in the world for only seven hours.

Everything was new—the light, the sounds, even the feeling of the ground beneath its tiny hands.

It tried to crawl forward, stretching its weak arms as far as they could go.

But its body was not ready yet.

The baby slipped and cried.

Behind it, its mother stayed close, watching every movement.

The little one did not understand why standing was so hard.

It only knew one thing:

Whenever it became frightened, Mom was still there.

For a baby only seven hours old, that was enough courage to try again.
