We're excited to announce a series of fun, free community events for the family! Starting next month, we'll be transforming the Norton Street Parking Lot into a daytime fair full of kid-friendly activities for you to enjoy.

Come join us at the Excelsior Night Market for a night of food, fun, and community vibes! This is the place to be for unique crafts, entertainment and live music. Explore the diverse offerings from local vendors and connect with your neighbors in a fun family-friendly environment.

This month we celebrate the global phenomenon of K-Pop, including the music, art, and culture it encompasses as well as influences. Come dance, eat, sing, shop and more!

Was it only 3 years ago that we planned our first official pride event in the Excelsior! Well, this year we have PridExcelsior - EXplosion!! Pride all day - this Sunday!!! Start at Ostego and Ocean with the Check In Lounge and Pineapples! Afterwards head on over to the Halfway Club for some bingo and bites from an Excelsior favorite Chicano Nuevo. And the party continues!! Yes, our drag king and queen show is back at Silvana's with more eats from the The Dark Horse Inn. And the party finishes with some fun beats and drinks at the Dark Horse...

Stop by and celebrate Pride - Excelsior style

The best ideas come from community - thanks Excelsior for bringing this seed of a concept to us. Many Excelsior neighbors have great memories of the former Joe's Cable Car spot. It has been hard to see that spot closed for so long. Thanks to Danny with Excelsior Motors, Inc for keeping on top of the graffiti and for letting us "borrow" the place NEXT FRIDAY! June 14th, 2024 from 6-9pm.

Thanks Avenue Greenlight for sponsoring the lights for the other half of Mission Street and for giving us a little more for the celebration! Thanks SF New Deal for the filling in that funding gap to help us make this a great celebration!
