It's our favorite time of year: the world-renowned Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon is here! Catch us at the Fitness Festival on Saturday, and join us as we cheer on Team R.O.C.K. on Sunday 🏊♀️🚴🏃♀️🏅
Did you know that R.O.C.K. oversees the Escape from Alcatraz Beer Garden 🍻 each year? And we have a blast doing it, thanks to our Escape partners and our amazing friends at One Brick! If you're in the area this weekend, stop by, say hi, and grab a drink for a great cause! 100% of proceeds go back to R.O.C.K. programs! 🫶

R.O.C.K.-a-Thon is back! 🤩
In collaboration with the Crosstown Trail, Visitacion Valley Greenway, and Mission Blue Coffee, we're excited to invite you to our third annual R.O.C.K. A Thon on Saturday, June 27!
📍Candlestick Point State Recreation Area ➡️ Lands End
Along the way, hikers will experience some of San Francisco's most beautiful open spaces, including the Visitacion Valley Greenway, Glen Canyon, Laguna Honda, the Presidio, and Baker Beach.
All event proceeds directly support R.O.C.K. programs, including camping trips, outdoor education, and literacy support for more than 900 youth in Visitacion Valley. Participants will also receive a special R.O.C.K. A Thon gift and snacks!

Transitioning to middle school can feel overwhelming, which is why R.O.C.K.’s W.E.B. program helps students feel welcomed, connected, and supported before their first day at Visitacion Valley Middle School.
Through relationship building, exposure to middle school culture, and connection to electives and after school programs, W.E.B. helps students build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging that can last for years. 💙
