I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed your time with family and friends!
It’s Giving Tuesday and I’m writing to ask that you consider supporting the Presidio Performing Arts Foundation’s year-end campaign. Our goal is to raise $100,000, supporting the launch of our Institute of Justice Through Dance. I’m thrilled to announce that a generous donor has pledged $50,000, so we’re halfway there!
Please help us maximize our impact, in the Bay Area and beyond, ensuring that the arts remain equitable and accessible to all.
Your support benefits our community outreach, educational and cultural programs, including:
-Annual Children’s Day at the SF War Memorial Opera House, free performances for 6,200 Bay Area students and families—-
-DANCEOUT! scholarships for our new cohort of students at KIPP Bayview Elementary School, in partnership with the YMCA
-Internship program, providing workforce development opportunities to Bay Area students
-Cultural exchange programs, in partnership with UNESCO’s International Dance Council
