Miraloma Cooperative Nursery School A play-based, parent-owned preschool. Located in the Sunnyside district, adjacent to Miraloma Park, Glen Park, Bernal Heights, and Noe Valley.

Miraloma Cooperative Nursery School provides developmentally appropriate, child-centered morning and afternoon programs in a loving and safe environment. At our little red schoolhouse, children and families cultivate a lifelong love of learning as they develop new skills, knowledge, and friendships. We value the diversity of our member families, whose strengths and talents enrich our programs. Community participation and parent education nourish our family-oriented atmosphere. Miraloma Cooperative Nursery School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs. Miraloma was established in 1952 as a parent-owned, non-profit corporation. In 2021, we celebrated our 69th graduating class. We are in the Sunnyside district of San Francisco, adjacent to Miraloma, Glen Park, Bernal Heights, and Noe Valley, and convenient to many other neighborhoods in the city. ☀️ Summer has arrived… so don’t forget your jackets and sweaters! 😄

Our little learners at Miraloma have been making the most of this week’s beautiful weather by spending plenty of time outdoors.

The children explored sensory play with noodles, created colorful car track paintings, climbed and discovered new adventures in the yard, and, of course, enjoyed lots of water play! 💦 There was even a baby bath!

No matter the weather, learning never stops. Every day is filled with opportunities to explore, create, and grow.
