Last week, in honor of MLK Jr. Day, kids at our Rolph Clubhouse After-School Program learned about their right to peacefully protest to create change. They created their own signs on issues important to them and then marched around the neighborhood. Children see what is happening in our country and part of our social emotional learning programming is supporting their exploration of those topics in age appropriate ways.
