Thank you, Rep. Jimmy Panetta, for visiting the new On Lok PACE South San Jose Center! Three years ago, Congressman Panetta toured this building shortly after we acquired the space and today he was impressed by its dramatic transformation. The former mixed-use office structure has become a bright and beautiful center to meet the needs of vulnerable seniors in Santa Clara County, featuring a rehab gym, medical clinic, and spaces for social and therapeutic activities.

As the first PACE program serving Congressman Panetta’s district, we look forward to future opportunities to expand our reach and help more people age with dignity and independence in their community.
