There's so much more public land at our fingertips beyond the National Park system. This little gem can be found on the east side of Colorado's San Juan mountains. It's a climbers paradise. Little kids love exploring the funny rocks too!

In addition to myriad monuments and national parks, Colorado also boasts some sweet park ART. Check out this little-known NM gem in extreme CO's 4 Corners region. Obama also designated 2 mill new acres of Nat Monuments yesterday, just outside L.A.. Good move Obama!
