Sometimes, your home has other plans.
This area started as a playroom and multipurpose space for a young family; reading, playing, quiet moments on the floor.
Then, while the family was away for the holidays, an upstairs toilet leaked. Water flowed in. Mold followed. By the time they returned, much of the home had to be ripped out.
Instead of simply putting everything back the way it was, our clients brought us in to help reimagine the space into something that could better support their daily lives.
With the partnership of , nimble minds, and fast decisions that never sacrificed quality, the area was redesigned and rebuilt into a refreshed, safe part of the home.
Now it’s a space to gather in the evenings, entertain friends, and unwind; complete with custom built-ins, a bar top, and a new bedroom next to it that now fully closes off for privacy.
These are the kinds of projects that mean the most to us. Where we can show up with guidance when things feel daunting and help create something better than expected.

We’re excited to share a peek at our recently completed project on Diamond Street. What started with some pretty unfortunate water damage became a chance to completely reimagine the space and create something that truly works for this growing family.
One of our favorite parts of the project is this brand-new kitchen. It strikes that balance between personality and calm; clean lines, custom two-tone cabinetry, a textured farmhouse sink, and tile that climbs all the way to the ceiling. New skylights and windows bring in soft, natural light, and low profile speakers make it perfect for both everyday living and entertaining.
