Naturally, SF Progs are threatening to give her a hard time.
Support Jane Natoli for SFMTA Board of Directors After removing the SFMTA Board's foremost disability advocate, the Bay Area Housing Advocacy Coalition is concerned the San Francisco Board of Supervisors won't support Jane Natoli’s nomination for similar reasons. In times like these, San Franciscans can’t afford city supervisors playing petty ...

Hello lovers of housing. Here is a petition for you: https://actionnetwork.org/petitions/approve-the-irv-affordable-workforce-housing-project-at-4326-irving-st?source=direct_link&
The developer is proposing to add one more floor to this building, which will make existing the 1 bedroom apartments on the top floor into THREE bedroom apartments! And rent controlled.
It's totally zoning compliant, the planning department doesn't like the proposal because the individual planner assigned to the project doesn't think the common area in the proposed new 3 bedroom apartments is big enough. :eyeroll:
It's not like there is a shortage going on or anything.
Pls support MOAR housing. Sign, share.
Approve "The IRV" rent-controlled workforce housing restoration at 4326 Irving St. We would like your support for our neighborhood "IRV" project, renovating a vacant building to provide new, high quality rent-controlled housing for locals. We are going before the planning commission to get approval to renovate this existing, vacant, rent-controlled building to add more bedrooms an...
