Alcatraz City Cruises is the official National Park Service Concessioner serving visitors to Alcatraz Island. Open seven days a week, with several daily departures, Alcatraz is a place to experience for locals and visitors alike. Tickets include roundtrip ferry transportation and access to Alcatraz Island. Alcatraz Reservations is open 7 days a week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The Ticketbooth at Pier 33, Alcatraz Landing is open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day!
This morning, Alcatraz Island welcomed the 47th annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day Sunrise Gathering, bringing communities together to honor Indigenous cultures, traditions, resilience, and the ongoing fight for Indigenous rights.
Organized by the International Indian Treaty Council, this annual gathering commemorates the historic 1969–1971 occupation of Alcatraz by Indians of All Tribes, a pivotal moment that helped inspire the modern Indigenous rights movement.
We’re honored to provide transportation to this meaningful gathering and help connect communities to an important part of Alcatraz Island’s history that continues to inspire generations.
