In honor of , Sunset Branch Library hosts Prevailing Winds on Wed., Oct. 5 at 12 p.m. on the 18th Ave sidewalk. Prevailing Winds is one of Navy Band Southwest’s two superb chamber ensembles. Comprised of flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and French horn, their unique repertoire of specially constructed arrangements represents a wide range of musical genres, from popular patriotic selections to classical favorites and contemporary hits.
