The mission of Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is to connect San Franciscans experiencing homelessness with the care they need to move forward.

On June 17, San Francisco shows up for its neighbors. 💪

The 85th Community Day of Service is coming home to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium — and we need YOU on the team.

For 22 years, PHC has thrown open the doors and said: come in, we’ve got what you need. No paperwork. No judgment. No cost.

On June 17, more than 1,000 of our neighbors will walk through those doors looking for DMV ID renewal, CalFresh enrollment, housing coordination, medical care, legal aid, hot meals, and more.

We need 400+ volunteers to make it happen.

Every day, thousands in our community face the harsh reality of homelessness. At Project Homeless Connect (PHC), we believe in more than just survival—we believe in dignity, connection, compassion, and a path forward.

For over 21 years, PHC has been a trusted front door to care in San Francisco. Whether someone is newly unhoused or navigating chronic instability, we meet them where they are and help them take meaningful steps toward health and housing. Your donation helps us connect neighbors in need with:

🏠 Housing navigation and one-on-one support

🩺 Medical, behavioral health, and dental referrals

⚖️ Legal assistance, benefits enrollment, and DMV ID

💊 Overdose prevention, harm reduction kits, and street outreach

🧼 Hygiene supplies, basic needs, and compassionate conversation

When you give to PHC, you’re not just funding services—you’re defending a model built on care, trust, and human connection. You’re standing up for a San Francisco where no one is left to navigate crisis alone.

At a time when our very future is at risk, your support sends a clear message: Access to help shouldn’t be defunded. It should be defended.

Help us keep the doors open. Help us keep hope alive. Donate today. Stand with PHC.

🇺🇸 Stand for Freedom – For Everyone

This 4th of July, let’s defend dignity together.

As fireworks light up our skies this Independence Day, let’s turn our attention to those who are too often left in the shadows. While the SF Mayor has defunded Project Homeless Connect, we have never defunded our compassion.

✨ We’re still here. We’re still fighting. At Project Homeless Connect, we stand alongside our unhoused neighbors every week, offering housing connections, medical care, critical outreach, and, most importantly, hope.

💔 The need has never been greater. 💪 Our commitment has never been stronger. ❤️ But we can’t do it without you.

Every drop-in, every outreach, every life touched—is powered by our community. When others walked away, we leaned in. However, sustaining our mission now requires your support. Help us protect the heart of our city by keeping PHC’s weekly services alive.

🎇 Let this July 4th be a celebration of shared freedom—not just fireworks, but fierce compassion.

🔥 Be the spark that keeps hope burning.

❤️ Your donation helps keep someone warm, safe, and moving forward.

🤍 Your support defends dignity for those who need it most.

💙 Every dollar brings us closer to the future we all deserve.
