Santa Clara St., San José, CA 95116 to observe the theme: Honoring Grief, Finding Connection. Attend the resource fair, visit our memorial, hear from Poet Laureate Yosimar Reyes, connect with others with shared experiences of loss, and make your voice heard at this free event.
