This , let’s take a moment to appreciate the natural world around us: the trees that give us shade, the parks where we gather, and the clean air and water we all depend on.
Each small action helps build a healthier planet for generations to come. Plant something native, use less plastic, save water, walk when you can, or simply spend time outdoors with someone you love.
Together, we can care for the place we all call home.

A greener, simpler way to access your pay advice is coming in July 2026.
Starting July 1, ORS will no longer mail paper direct deposit advices automatically. Retirees can view or print them anytime through their secure MemberDirect account.
This change helps reduce paper waste and postage costs.
Prefer to receive yours by mail? ORS will send instructions before the transition so you can continue receiving printed copies.
You can also switch to paperless now through the MemberDirect Portal. If you have already notified ORS that you would like to receive a printed pay advice, you will continue to receive it by mail as usual.
For assistance, please contact us.

A little sun care goes a long way.
Here’s a simple reminder: sunscreen helps protect your skin from everyday UV exposure, even during a short walk, gardening, or time at the park.
Apply before heading out and reapply every 2 hours when outdoors.
