Silicon Valley, one of the richest regions in the world is home to people who are struggling to make ends meet. The good news is, there are some amazing case managers and community engagement officers who are on the front line providing services to those in need.
At Step Up Silicon Valley of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, we recognized the critical role case managers play in the fight against poverty and we run training programs to equip them with the tools they need to thrive in their field of work. For only when these hard working, compassionate, case managers are fully engaged and trained can we reduce, and may be one day eliminate poverty. Kudos to our trainer Larry Robbin. Here few pictures from today's training.
