Join your fellow JLSJ members for a night of women’s professional soccer as we cheer on Bay FC vs. Seattle Reign FC at PayPal Park in San Jose!

Bay FC is the Bay Area’s first NWSL team. And, like JLSJ, they’re built on a deep commitment to empowering women, championing diversity and inclusion, and making a lasting impact in our community. This is a great opportunity to support women in sports while connecting with your League sisters outside of our usual programming.

As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month, the Junior League of San Jose is reflecting on the importance of well-being for our Members and the community we serve. In the midst of our busy lives in the South Bay, taking the time to prioritize mental health is essential for sustainable leadership and lasting impact.

Throughout the month, we’ve focused on reducing the stigma and fostering a culture where women feel empowered to care for their own wellness as much as they care for others. While May is coming to a close, our commitment to creating supportive, inclusive spaces remains a year-round priority.

We’ll be diving into everything from staging eye-catching event decor to the "social science" of making seamless introductions and working a room. 💐 These are the kind of skills that serve you just as well in a boardroom as they do at a backyard party, so it’s a great way to sharpen your professional edge while having a blast. 💼

Totally incredible and heart-filling weekend at the AJLI Annual Conference in Indianapolis 🎉 Celebrating 125 years of the Junior League movement reminded us just how powerful this sisterhood truly is!

We were so proud for our President Anne Souza to walk in the opening processional, to accept an award for our League’s dedication to DEIBA, and collaborate in governance meetings to shape the future of AJLI and JLSJ. Beyond the incredible educational breakouts and SLBI lunch, the absolute best part was the connection—especially catching up with our wonderful sisters from NorCalRenoHon! 🫶🏼

We also got an exciting glimpse into the future with previews of upcoming AJLI programs and opportunities designed to elevate our leadership and deepen our community impact. ❤️ We’re returning home with full hearts, fresh inspiration, and so much gratitude for our sisters in the Association and our JLSJ! 🥰

It’s Period Poverty Awareness Week, and the Junior League of San Jose is proud to support local efforts to increase access to essential menstrual products.

Through our community product drives, we’ve seen firsthand how a simple donation can help remove barriers to school and work for women and girls in our area. It’s a small but tangible way we can help our neighbors stay focused on their goals without worry.

We are grateful to everyone who has contributed to these drives to help meet this basic need in the South Bay.
