"The 'Heir To The Crown' event (that Crossroads Bible Church along with Move Together ministries hosted) on October 13th was a morning of women learning what it means to be a mother of daughters and to walk in the authority given to those who are called Daughters of The Mighty King. We moved our bodies, and then fueled our bodies with good food and great words. The group shot was just a snippet in time. The day was fluid with women coming and going as their schedules allowed. We hope more brave and tenacious friends will join us in 1 week for our first Cardio Fusion class!" - Amber Backes, Cardio Fusion instructor. Cardio Fusion begins Saturday, October 27th. 10/13/18 - Our Harvey Bear Trail make-up hike in San Martin (for the Magnificent 7 series) was beautiful! Even met a "friend" along the way.

10/6/18 - Our Golden Gate Bridge Walk. Another beautiful day in San Francisco!
