Not a smart move by Starbucks corporate.
On the anniversary of the first union win at Starbucks, the company closed a unionized Seattle store to bully workers. Today, workers ran this full page ad ran in the Seattle Times. Looks like workers aren't backing down...

One fine day when bassist Steve Count was nice enough to bring Jaco’s rediscovered bass over to my apartment, where I was joined by bass rulers Victor Bailey and Victor Wooten. We all agreed that the instrument had some unbelievable mojo. We’d all played fretless basses before, but this one “sang” with an other-worldly kind of of seasoned wisdom that only could have been instilled through the brilliance of John Francis Anthony “Jaco” Pastorius, as if he had taught it some secrets no other bass knew….
