Our community’s safety is non-negotiable. Santa Clara County is home to one of the largest immigrant populations in California. Together, community leaders and organizations have fought for years to establish strong sanctuary protections that keep our families safe. Now, ICE is attempting to build a new detention center in South County (Gilroy) and in neighboring areas of the Bay Area (Dublin).
