🎉 Our very first cohort of School Counselor Residents has officially begun clinical practice!

We kicked things off in person with professional learning on the School Counselor Performance Expectations (SCPEs), followed by Mentor-Resident co-training to set a strong relational foundation for the year ahead.

Our in-person seminars are consistently highlighted as a favorite part of the program model by residents and mentors alike, and this one was no exception—and this was no exception!

We can't wait to watch this group grow into the leaders our students deserve. 🌟
