Caltrain To Increase Service, Offer Free Rides for New Year’s Eve Caltrain knows that New Year’s Eve is a special—but busy—time in the Bay Area, so the train agency will be working late and providing free service for revelers celebrating the big event.

Coastal Clean Up Day
September 21, 2013 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Coastal Clean Up Day is a state wide volunteer effort to clean up rivers, streams,creeks, lakes, and beaches. These clean up efforts have helped restore waterways as healthy habit for fish and wildlife while providing California residents clean parks and recreation areas.

We have signed up to volunteer to clean up Upper Penitencia Creek - Capitol Avenue to White Road. The meet up spot will be Girl Scout sign (green and white) by footbridge on Penitencia Creek Road near Kyle Street
