Live Oak Adult Day Services

Day Activity Center Live Oak Adult Day Services is a day only care and respite center for adults, especially the frail elderly.

We provide a wide variety of services with the primary goal of allowing clients to stay in their homes (or the homes of their caregivers) for as long as possible. We provide socialization, physical and mental activities, and even some entertainment--all in a safe, well run facility. We have centers in Willow Glen (San Jose), Los Gatos, Cupertino, and Gilroy.
