What is a school bond?

A school bond is a type of funding approved by voters that allows a school district to repair, upgrade, or build facilities over time.

The Franklin-McKinley School District Board of Trustees has approved placing a bond measure on the June 2, 2026, ballot. Measure C is a proposed bond with funding aimed at improving student and campus life through facility updates and infrastructure projects.
