A great day on the course for an even greater cause! ⛳💙💛

McCarthy partners, clients and trade partners came together at The Revere Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada, for a day filled with sunshine, friendly competition and an opportunity to give back to our community.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity and support, we’re excited to share that this year’s golf tournament raised $85,000 for the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation! 🙌

The foundation provides more than 40 programs and services for critically ill children and their families throughout Southern Nevada, as well as adults diagnosed with cancer. We’re proud to support an organization that brings essential resources, care and encouragement to so many individuals and families.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who participated and helped make this year’s tournament such a success! Together, we’re making a difference beyond the jobsite and demonstrating what it means to be a Community Builder.

Exploring new skills. Strengthening partnerships. Learning by doing. 🦺

McCarthy’s Southern Pacific Region brought engineers, estimators and interns together at our Corona Solutions Center for the inaugural Skills Day, building on our long-standing Yard Day tradition while expanding opportunities for hands-on learning and collaboration.

More than a chance to learn new skills, Skills Day reinforced the importance of understanding the expertise behind every trade and the teamwork that brings our projects to life. By learning from industry experts and one another, our people gained a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship, collaboration and shared pride that define how we build.

A big thank you to our McCarthy teams, trade partners and peer group champions who made this memorable learning experience possible!

Thanks to the generosity of our employees and subcontractor community, this year’s inaugural Magnolia Classic in Atlanta raised funds to support Piedmont Hospital, Emory Winship and the USO which provides support to service members and their families.

It was an incredible day on the course, bringing our industry partners together to support important causes and make a meaningful difference in our communities. Thank you to everyone who helped make the Magnolia Classic a success. We look forward to teeing it up again next year!⛳

Inspired by Northern Arizona Healthcare Flagstaff's vision of "Always better care", we are excited to cut the ribbon and welcome patients to NAH's newly remodeled Summit Center 👏❤️

This outpatient orthopedic surgery center will provide Northern Arizona residents with top-of-the-line care, whether seeking surgical services, physical therapy, wound care, or rehabilitation.

With design by our partners at HKS Architects, the project team is looking ahead to the final two phases of the remodel, scheduled for completion in fall 2027. From start to finish, our team is leading with care by minimizing disruptions and thoughtfully supporting the patients receiving treatment in the surrounding facility.

In June 2021, doctors gave Brad Schwaninger about two months to live without a new liver. A couple of weeks later, he received a donor organ that not only saved his life; it fundamentally shifted how he approaches each day. 💙💚

Today, Brad runs marathons—and he’s back at McCarthy’s Omaha office as preconstruction director. 🏃‍♂️👷

“When you go through an experience like that, your perspective shifts,” he says. “You don’t dread early morning runs or complex challenges at work. You feel fortunate that you have that opportunity.”

On Imagine A Day Without Water, we're reminded that clean, reliable water doesn't happen by accident. It's a result of decades of skilled, dedicated work by people who show up every single day. 💧🤝

20 years ago, Project Director Kevin Bartlett began his construction career at Lake Pleasant Water Treatment Plant as a laborer, and today, leads some of the most complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Southwest. To celebrate, he recently walked his son through the very site where his career started.

That's what water infrastructure looks like up close: a passion passed down, a community propelled, and a sustainable future built one project at a time.
