On July 30, 2026, we will be hosting a Free Tattoo Removal Event in partnership with the New Skin Tattoo Removal Program. This event is intended to support individuals who are working toward new opportunities by helping remove visible tattoos that may create barriers to employment, education, or personal growth. We will be able to serve clients who are currently on, or have previously been on, adult or juvenile probation. Clients can scan the QR code and complete the referral form. Once submitted, their spot will be secured.

Yesterday, we participated in the annual County of Marin Heart Walk 2026, which took place at two locations: the Civic Center and West Marin. We joined the Civic Center Heart Walk, which was a great opportunity to step away, get moving, and connect with employees from different departments. There were food, health, and wellness vendors on site, along with a live music band. Most importantly, the County exceeded its $12,000 fundraising goal.

On stage at Marin Center’s 300-seat Showcase Theater in San Rafael were 24 probation clients who have successfully reentered society and demonstrated personal growth, accountability, and resilience. Nominated by their Deputy Probation Officers, they stepped into the spotlight on April 15 and received warm applause from hundreds of onlookers during the Probation Department’s annual Wall of Change ceremony.
