The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for Marin County. Follow these heat safety tips to stay healthy during this heat event:

✔ Pace yourself while working or exercising in hot weather.
✔ Drink more water than usual - and don't wait until you are thirsty.
✔ Check in on older adults and those most vulnerable to heat related illnesses.
✔ Never leave children or pets in a parked car.
✔ Leave your pets with plenty of water in shady areas.
