This weekend they won the Battle by the Bay tournament hosted by Encinal High School. Please see the picture below! The girls, coached by Geoff Peters, and assisted by Ethan Wolgamott, beat Berkeley 12-3, Redwood 7-4, and Encinal 11-3. Many Marin teams played in the tournament.

A night filled with recognition accolades for more than 120 TL Seniors! TL Scholarship Foundation presented 30 scholarships including scholarships from generous alumni and our community members. Faculty presented highest and high honors to students in the arts, academics, and athletics! AVID and 10,000, and Rotary Club presented awards to our first-generation students who will be the first in their families to go to college. Lauren Inman presented the first memorial scholarship in honor of our beloved Erik Stenberg, AVID and English Teacher who unexpectedly passed away this year. A celebratory night for all and we are so proud of the stellar accomplishments of the Class of 2019! Our hats-off to Emily Smith, President, TL Scholarship Foundation and her team for the many scholarships for TL grads! t A huge thank you to Tina Gonzalez-Mohn, TL Language Arts Teacher, for organizing this amazing night! Also, a special thanks to Julie Kritzberger, President and OneTL for the lovely reception that greated the proud students, their families, and our TL Community!

Team up with your frenemies to eliminate others for TL Innovation Lab's student gameplay demo of "Roped In" a new fast-paced party game of cooperation, betrayal, and absurd physics on Wednesday, May 29 at lunch in Mr. Gustin's Room #17 in the Engineering Tech Lab! Don't forget to bring your lunch!

Congratulations to our TL Innovation Lab Team who showcased their new party video game, "Roped In" at the Bay Area Maker Faire 2019! TL Students enjoyed sharing their collaborative work with attendees and industry professionals! "Roped In" is a new fast-paced party game of cooperation, betrayal, and absurd physics. Team up with your frenemies to eliminate others! Our hats-off to Owen Bartolf, Founder TL Innovation Lab for leading this awesome project and also for his 5-year commitment and leadership to bringing computer science to TL! We will miss you and wish you all the best at UCSD Jacobs School for Engineering in Computer Science!
