There has been a major city power outage affecting City Hall and a wide area of the city. City Hall currently does not have telephone or Internet services.

Please know that the Sandersville Electric Department is urgently working to restore power.

Holiday Notice -

City Hall & all Non-Emergency Depts will close early on Friday and remained closed on Monday, May 25th. . City Hall & all non-emergency depts. will close early on Friday at 1:00 PM in observance of Memorial Day weekend and will remain closed on Monday, May 25. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday.
Trash pickup will run one day behind schedule

For utility outages please call (478) 552-2525, listen for the correct prompt and leave a detailed message including your name, address, phone number and the nature of your call. The afterhours on call technician will be dispatched.
