🍎 Feature Teacher of the Week - Week of October 5 - Ms. Perichon! 🌟

This week we're excited to celebrate Ms. Perichon, our amazing 2nd Grade Dual Language teacher!

When we visited her classroom last week, students were actively engaged in math small groups, confidently sharing and explaining different strategies for adding two-digit numbers. The level of mathematical thinking, collaboration, and student ownership of learning was truly impressive!

As if that wasn't enough, when we walked in to surprise her with the Feature Teacher recognition, her class was immersed in a hands-on experiment that had students excited, engaged, and learning through discovery.

We are so proud to have her as part of the Bentley family! 💙💛

🧡 SAVE THE DATE - UNITY DAY - WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21! 🧡

Mark your calendars, Bentley families! On October 21st, we will celebrate Unity Day by wearing ORANGE to show our commitment to kindness, inclusion, acceptance, and standing together against bullying. Unity Day encourages us to create a school community where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.

At Bentley Elementary, we believe that different people shine brighter together, and that kindness makes our school stronger every day. Let's fill our halls with orange and show that we are united as one Bentley family! 🦌🧡

💗 Bentley Goes Pink! 💗

This past Friday, our Bentley students and staff proudly wore pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together, we stood in recognition of the many individuals and families affected by breast cancer, while spreading a message of hope, strength, and support.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped fill our halls with pink and positivity!

💗 Stronger together.
💗 Supporting those fighting.
💗 Honoring survivors.
💗 Remembering loved ones.
